El concurso proponia la contruccion y/o remodelacion de una manzana con varios edificios existentes. Siendo Catamarca una de las mas pobres provincias argentinas, nuestra desición fue de conservar lo mas posible. Y tapar todo lo feo con plantas.
The competition asked for the contruction of new and/or the remodelation of existing buildings for a whole block. Being Catamarca one of the poorest argetinean provinces, we decided to keep as much as possible. And to cover when necesary with plants.
